State Sen. Jeff Rabon - D - Hugo - was arraigned this morning in Choctaw. Rabon was involved in a 3 -5 car accident Monday evening that sent one person to the hospital. According to AP and other news sources, Rabon was finally stopped when his car ran into the Hugo VoTech School.
Rabon allegedly failed a field sobriety test and refused a breathalyzer. Rabon has been the author of several bills seeking crack-down on drunk drivers! Fortunately for voters Rabon is termed in 2008. Too bad taxpayers will have to support his 'retirement'!
